The Latest

Keirwyn is doing great!!! She is changing every day. She has now mastered the art of crawling and has moved on to other great things. She can lift herself to a standing position by grabbing onto anything close by. She loves to hold Daddy's hands and walk around.

Keirwyn has also gotten her first tooth. She is constantly running her tongue over the tooth, enthralled with the new sensation. We think her second one is coming in because her gums are really red and she is super cranky.

She now recognizes her name and will come crawling to you when you call her. She also loves to listen to people talk on the phone. Keirwyn recognizes her Daddy's voice and will get excited when she "talks" to him on the phone.

Our summer plans are coming together nicely! We are counting down the days until we are reunited with Akehla. It is hard to go so long without seeing her. Akehla is doing great in school! Her last report card was awesome and she is loving going to school every day!

We will be spending a week in Toronto and then move on to Niagara Falls for a few days at the end of June. As well, we will be in Newfoundland for a week to see good friends get married. We are also trying to plan a trip to PEI since Akehla keeps asking to go. We are hoping to get there for a few days. With traveling, family reunions, another wedding to attend and lots of family to visit, it will be a busy summer.
