The Reids - Summer 2010*******
Things have been busy in the Reid Household. We took possession of the house on July 5th and moved in that same day. We are renting the basement apartment and one room on the main floor. My friend, Cindy, moved into the house on Tuesday. She will be sharing the top floor with us.
Akehla loves that she has her own room. Keirwyn is sleeping in our room at the moment. We tried putting the girls together but Akehla kept forgetting that Keirwyn was sleeping and would wake her up by turning on a light or making lots of noise. We will try putting the girls together again at Christmas and see how that goes.
Keirwyn loves the house as well. She crawls everywhere and loves the new freedom since the only stairs in the house are behind a closed door. She is getting bigger every day. She now has three top teeth to go with her bottom two. The fourth top tooth is ready to break through any day now.
These next few weeks will be busy ones. We are planning to take a quick trip to PEI, enjoy a family reunion, and continue to organize the new house. Akehla is signed up for swimming lessons. I am excited to see how she does.
